I didn't really consider possible holdings when I raised the turn. I thought (hoped) the K might have helped his hand. I guess I was kinda cutting of a flush draw too. After he pushed, because of the line I feel I have to call.

It's almost impossible to put him on a hand until the push, then I fear my kicker is no good.

Why C-R the turn? I would lead out again for 250-300 or so to keep on charging the possible flush draw the max.

As played, you have to call the push. You are getting 2.8 to 1 on the call which means you only have to be ahead 26% of the time. At the $5.50s all sorts of hands will play like this, Ax, AK, KQ etc. If villain has trips better kicker or K9/22/92 I pay them off.

tough one to lay down. Villain will not give you credit for trips in most cases so he could do this with a variety of hands that you have drawing pretty thin (AK/KQ, various overpairs, etc.)
