Also it seems im more likely to call an all in ss then a bigger stack well because normally in a 5er it mean they are as and also that they more then likely have something marginal. Just a tough spot. I made the min raise to see where i was at on the flop was surpised by the ss all in but as i said above.

In the early levels, I'm super-tight and usually never call a raise with AQo, AQs I call sometimes.

Calling is raise is ok though.

I would actually fold to the raise and then min re-raise on the flop.

I don't like cold calling a raise with AQ, either reraise or fold.

Fold to the push at this early level. Set or two pair a lot more than AJ/AT

I fold here as well, opp has been raised and reraised on the flop and come over the top and shoves? Haven't looked at the results yet...but it smells like trips to me.

EDIT: Two pair was also on my mind from reading the hand history. I was just giving opp too much credit for a hand after calling a min raise OOP.

What did you think his range was? You don't quite have the pot odds if he has 2pair, but it's close to an even money call (which you don't want). If it's a set or AK, you're toast. This player needs to make this move a significant amount of the time with a weaker A, straight draw, or a bluff for you to call. 6 people saw the flop, so odds were decent that someone hit the flop better than you. I would say this call requires a read. I don't know whether the fact of it being a $5 game qualifies as a good enough read or not. I don't ever play $5 games.

Thanks everyone was still tough to fold in that situation but oh well live and learn.

I'd raise preflop, then raise the flop, and perhaps fold to a re-raise on the flop.

Definitely raise this pre-flop to around $100.

It might not have got rid of him, online players worship Ax, but it's still the correct play IMHO.
