I remember my first runner. That's why I now always make sure I have rope and duct tape with me.
TheXianti: (Triptanes) why are you not a thinking person?

Seriously what are the odds of hitting a runner runner for the royal?
  5. #5
about 1 in 1300, assuming you have a 3 card royal on the flop.

Actually, assuming you get a royal, most of them are runner-runner since you really need 7 cards to have any chance at all. With a straight flush in 7 cards there are 42 ways it could come out (i.e, you could flop it, or it could be on the board, or what you got, etc.). I think 31 of the the 42 are runner/runner (including the one in which everyone has the rf)

Haha, nice one. If you're going to hit a runner runner you might as well do it with class!

If I'm not mistaken, the odds of catching perfect running cards is 989:1.

I don't see anything wrong with his play. He was shortstacked and in push/fold mode. I'm probably pushing this hand in this spot too.

You are right - I forgot there are only 45 cards left after the flop (since you opponent can't hold 1 of your runners or else your chance is 0.

yep glad to see someone saw my logic, I don't consider this a bad push. I had a M of 6 can't wait for AA all day
