Just got knocked out of 234 seat WSOP qualifier.....

And was wondering about a couple hands I played throughout. I finished like 1700th or something out of the 7400 and I'm wondering I if I could've done more with the cards that were dealt to me. I never got any big pairs except for Jacks which I folded on an ace high flop to a reraise. However I did get dealt AK 3 times. I can't find the hand histories, but I'll describe two of the situations that I was perplexed with.

Hand 1-

4th hand of Tourney, we all have 2500 in chips and no reads except for sharkscope stats which tells me that every player at my table is a losing player on Stars. lol.

I'm dealt AsKh on the cutoff. Two limpers, I raise 5X BB and only the BB calls.

Flop comes As7h8h

BB leads 200 chips into me (3/4 pot), I reraise to 600... and he 3-bets to 1100 (a min re-reraise).

I think for a long time, and then.....

My question is if I should be folding this to the min-re-reraise? He's obviously representinga stronger hand than TPTK but I'm still reluctant to fold my hand when there are still so many fish in the tournament.

Hand 2 :

I have 6.5K in chips. Blinds are 200/400 with a 20 chip Ante.

Villain on my left has 13K in chips, is the big stack at the table and is playing an insanely loose game and has raised when folded to him at least half the time.

I'm on the SB with AKo, and it's folded to Villain in the cutoff. He min-raises to 800, I think for a while and then....

Question is : Am I losing a lot of value here if I push? He's loose but he's still probably only calling if he has me beat to my push AI since it represents half his stack. But i definitely see him calling a standard reraise in position in which case I would be playing OOP in a hand where I haven't coordinated with the board 2/3 times. Do you guys smooth call here? I also don't like that idea because my chips are so precious to me at this stage and having to check/fold an 8 high flop is just lame when I probably have the best hand. I think my pushing is the right play, but my friend suggested that it was questionable at best.

I'm really uncomfortable with those two hands, any comments would be appreciated.

question 1: push. just because.
question 2: push. yes you're oop, but all in eliminates position and gets the most value from your big slick. villain is extremely loose-you're probably best. push.

1 - I would push.

2 - make it like 3k, call if he pushes pre flop, push any flop.

1) Push, he's on a flushdraw. He'll probably call and you'll be ahead.

2) I'd probably reraise bigtime, but a push ain't bad either
