Dinner time for Dan

It's 10:30pm here and when you stay up until 4:30am every day covering the WSOP, it's dinner time. On my way to the Rio food court, I ran into some of our players still in Day 1C:

scgolfer was sitting at 8,500 chips and said he had no goal for his end of day chip count, he just wanted to avoid making any mistakes. "I just want to get my chips into the pot ahead." His table has been relatively tight, but a few new players moved in have loosened it up considerably. "I still have a ton of fold equity."

Out with about 30 minutes to go in the day. blinds 200/400 50 antes, Lag raises(1600) I call on button with AQs, BB calls. Flop 10 8 7 rainbow, BB checks, LAg Checks, I bet 2500. BB thinks couple minutes and calls, LAg folds. Turn K. BB checks I push 7000 (allin). BB thinks for 5 minutes and calls 1/2 stack with 5 7o. hehe GG me.

Guess he didnt put me on AA,KK,QQ,JJ,1010,99,88,77,66,a10,ak,a8,a7,k10,.... ............... or the powerhouse 79o(to beat his kicker)
what can I say one hell of a call.

How do you play for 14 1/2 hours and have one hand go to showdown? How do you last for 14 1/2 hours with the quality hands I had?
