Because those 5's if you raise anything less you get 5 callers, I might as well limp if I raise less. That isn't even that big of a raise prelfop with 1 limper,its about 8xbb

Raising to 10xBB with one limper is a huge raise and incredibly readable if you do this with a hand like JJ which a lot of players do because they are scared to play it postflop. Make it $60-100 here.

If you get 5 callers, so what? You are going to be ahead of their ranges an incredible amount of time, let them make bad calls preflop dont make it easy for them to fold.

As played this is a fold, a limp/reraise is really strong at these levels and you still have another player left to act after you.
