Hand 1 - That is really weak. I would call because you don't want the pot to get out of control.

Damn, he overbet the pot. I might just let this go too.

Hand 2 - Don't complete, J6o is too trashy. There is only one limper so you're not likely to get paid and you have no pot odds.

    Hand 3 - OK

    Hand 4 - Again don't complete

Hand 5 - Your raise is WAY too big. What is the purpose of your re-raise, what are you trying to accomplish? This is a case of playing bad but having a good result.

Hand 6 - You just barely have the implied odds to call pre-flop. I would be worried about a re-raise behind. It's OK as played, just some thoughts

As opposed to some of your small blind completions I could see a call here
    [6d 7c] CO (M=35.07; f+f+c+f+F) . Good position with a good drawing hand.

    Hand 7 -

Hand 8 - You could raise to 200 pre-flop and accomplish the same thing. Nice c-bet.

Hand 9 - This hand sucks. The min-raise is terrible. Either call the flop with the intention of betting the turn strong if he checks, or make it a real raise to 1000. I'm OK with folding the flop.

    Hand 10 - Standard

Hand 11 - Look at this hand and compare it to hand 9. You min-raise with nothing and push overtop with a made hand? This is probably a leak in your game.

Hand 12 - I don't like this at all. I fold pre-flop. On the flop you're risking 1/2 your stack with bottom pair.

Hand 13 - Ugly, you call pre-flop looking for a set, which you don't have implied odds to chase. Then on the flop you push over a pot committed player.

Hand 15 - I don't like stealing with trash when there is a short stack. Now you have to call his bet and your hand sucks.

    [6c 2d] BU (M=3.02; f+F) - Pushing here
[3d Js] UTG (M=3.02; F) - or here is better than pushing over a raise with 34 from the BB.

    This is a joke, right?

What about when he gets re-raised and misses the flop? What if villain pushes over? What if villain calls the flop bet and a spade falls on the turn? The bigger pre-flop bet requires a bigger c-bet, which leads to a bigger pot without a made hand.

I'm assuming this is a $5-$10 SnG. Opponents are often thinking on level 1, and occasionally on level 0. You have to play accordingly.

If he had a read that said, "calls raises pre-flop, but folds to a c-bet" then it was an amazing bet. Since this information wasn't provided I'm playing the hand in a vacuum.

im pretty happy about having a big pot in position with AK against a limper, who i assume will fold to the c-bet the majority of the time, since he is obviously weak for limping in the first place. i fucking love with limpers call my oversized raises, free chips for me. and im not worried about being reraised here at all...you only have the blinds to act after you..if you are worried about the blinds then why would you ever steal blinds?

Mostly what swiggedy said, except for:

    1. I would actually raise his flop bet - 200-240 should do it. He doesn't necessarily have the made flush or straight. At the low levels he could have QJ, A9/AT, lots of crap like that. If he pushes over, fold, if he calls, you don't fill up on the turn and he fires again, fold.

    3. I tend not to lead with middle pair early in the tourney, I check and see what opp does. If opp checks behind I fire on the turn.

    5. I agree with swiggedy, 250-300 to go rather than 500. You don't mind a call with AA.

    6. I would dump it. I read somewhere (I think in Lee Jones' book) that you have implied odds to call 7% of the chips you can win. Since UTG has 1355 chips you don't have implied odds.

[6d 7c] CO (M=35.07; f+f+c+f+F) I disagree with swiggedy, I would still fold here, even from the button. If they were suited and there were a couple more limpers in front I would probably limp from the CO and button but with one limper and unsuited I don't bother.

    7. Don't even bother completing here. Every chip is precious in an SNG.

    9. I just fold the flop. Low limit players rarely lead out like this without hitting a piece of the flop, you have no draws so are likely drawing to 6 outs. I wouldn't even think about re-raising, these donks will call you down with even bottom pair.

    11. Standard 3x BB raise preflop. Don't vary the size of your PF raises with the strength of your hand.

    [Td 2s] BU (M=3.02; f+F) Push this...
    [6c 2d] BU (M=3.02; f+F) ...and this

I have a hard time with this idea (the implementation, not the theory). When I get min-raised on the flop, or min-bet I raise they call etc I don't know how to follow it up. I still loose enough chips in these situations that it's better for me to not build the pot.

As taipan mentions in his post, they love to call down with bottom pair, so an unimproved AK is not necessarily the best hand.

I guess if they have AT, a bigger pre-flop raise make it easier to take their stack when an A flops.

When I said OK in my first post, what I really meant was meh. They aren't terrible, but they aren't really good. I would play them differently at different times of the day so it's harder to offer good advice.
