Easy fold preflop. Don't even get involved.

working myself up to FTR fullhouse status while not giving 1 solid piece of advice
thats a rocklike response - I think you played it well - Im not sure about the all in though - then again, if you pushed here against me I would put you on a weak hand, and in this case your hand is pretty strong -

the thing about tourneys, IMO, is you have to play more marginal hands like this to win (especially when you can limp in like this one) - You aren't gonna win by waiting for huge pairs all day - Play your broadway cards like this when you get the chance - gh

I fold this preflop. I don't like playing hands like KQo and KJo OOP with an awkward stack size. If I was going to play this, I would be raising this, probably to 250-275. Makes a flop push more in proportion (since the pot on the flop will be closer to your remaining stack size).

As played, I would bet the pot on the flop with the intention of calling any push. Top pair and the 2nd nut flush draw is a strong hand.

Yes, Hero does have 10xBB, but he is UTG. Not folding here IMO is a mistake.

If he was on the button, this is an easy push.

If there's one piece of advice that I want the sng forum to take away with them, it's that push/fold is very situationally dependent.

Thanks - folding was actually what I was hoping for. Man if I keep forgetting basic stuff like this everytime ive been in a period with less than normal poker no wonder it takes a lifetime to master
Would the situation change if I was MP1 or MP2?

From the button or SB I push this no problem. From the CO it is marginal.
