Why did you overbet the pot on the flop? There is 32 in the pot on the flop and you bet 36. A bet of 20-25 would have accomplished the same thing and saved you 15% of your remaining stack.

As played, I would fold the turn too, too much chance he made the flush or was check/calling with the A.

the flop bet was exactly pot sized. the raise amount in the HH doesn´t contain the chips needed to call bets before.

so there´s SB+BB =3
+ 3 calls (me included) = 6
+ 9 raise = 9
+ 2 calls = 18

Sorry, misread the pot size. With the A on the flop I still don't bet 100% of the pot, 60% should be plenty.

Agreed with the betting size - 60-70% of the pot should do it.
I would have a hard time folding the turn though with the draw to a nut flush, and holding KK. Am I the only one here?

Well, if he's flopped the flush you're drawing to 7 outs, if he has the A you're drawing to 9, my guess is this would be a -EV call despite the pot odds.

i bet that much to not give him the odds to call a flush draw. when he called that smooth i focused so much on him having an ace, that i didn´t realize my own flush draw on turn.

another lesson learned
