Default push with 88 in the SB?

    villan seems tight/aggresive

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    CO (t1715)
    Button (t1510)
    Hero (t1230)
    BB (t1780)
    UTG (t2930)
    MP (t4335)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8, 8.
3 folds, Button raises to t90, Hero raises to t215, BB raises to t1810, Button folds, Hero ????.

    Final Pot: t2115

gotta let it go if you trust your read. with two raises in front of him, hes not pushing with anything worse than AK, TT+ - and youre racing at best in that case.

dont really like your raise though - id either call or push... a small reraise means you prob are putting in more chips to definitely see a flop which will likely not be to your liking, plus your OOP postflop

in retrospect I see what you mean about the raise ... i guess I was too preoccupied with my stack that I didn't think about being OOP if I got called.

I would call PF and look for your set. When BB pushes, easy fold. Its too early to call AI pf with 88 (is there ever a good time?).
