is this actually a genius play?
this player had done this two other times in the tourney, calling PF raises OOP and then betting min on the flop. the more i was thinking about it, this seems like an almost brilliant play.
in this guys case, the other two PF raisers had, instead of raising an amount appropraite to the pot, had raised in relation to the min bet - aka, he would bet t30 into a pot of t210 and the other guy would only raise to t90... when a PSB seemed much appropriate regardless of cards.
sorry for the long post, but does this strategy seem like it might actually have some merit?
if you can confuse opps who dont understand correct odds when betting... it might be a big advantage when chasing and you dont want to face a full PSB
tell me if this just sounds insane ' '
