    Default AA first hand

I got dealt aces first hand in the sng and think I played the flop wrong. What would you do here?

No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Button (t1500)
    SB (t1500)
    BB (t1500)
    UTG (t1500)
    UTG+1 (t1500)
    MP1 (t1500)
    Hero (t1500)
    MP3 (t1500)
    CO (t1500)

    Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A, A.
    3 folds, Hero raises to t100, MP3 calls t100, 4 folds.

    Flop: (t230) Q, K, T (2 players)
    Hero bets t300, MP3 raises to t600

Preflop is fine. I would not have overbet the pot on the flop, I would have made it 200 or so to go. As played, after opp minraises - wow, that is a seriously tough spot. If this is a low buy-in, I would push over (because you'll see all sorts of rubbish minraising), at a higher level I think I might be letting this one go.

I would bet about pot size on the flop. After his raise it is a tough spot.
    The hands that beat you:
KK, QQ, TT, AJ, J9, KQ, KT, QT.
KK - will probably reraise preflop
QQ - also probably reraise preflop, but might just call your PFR
TT - will probably call you preflop
AJ, KQ - A good player will fold, but many a fish call a raise with it
J9,QT,KT - will probably fold to a preflop raise.
There is a decent chance he has JJ or AQspade or AK, so there is no real knowing if you are ahead or behind, and you are clearly going to play this hand for your entire stack.
Without any other info I fold
