Default 100NL JJ on seemingly safe board

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    MP2 ($77.50)
    CO ($198.85)
    Hero ($105.40)
    SB ($99.70)
    BB ($80)
    UTG ($93.25)
    UTG+1 ($64.65)
    MP1 ($5.55)

Preflop: Hero is Button with J, J.
    3 folds, MP2 calls $1, 1 fold, Hero raises to $4.5, SB calls $4, BB calls $3.50, MP2 calls $3.50.

    Flop: ($18) 9, T, 2 (4 players)
SB bets $9, BB calls $9, MP2 folds, Hero ???

    ---

SB is a 20/9/5 over only about 20 hands, and BB is a 58/0/1.9 over about 30 hands.

what is sbs lead range, any ideas?
If he only pots a monter then prob dump maybe call. If he pots a one pair hand he thinks is good then both calling/raising are on offer but id prob raise.

Ummm.... no. 58/0/1.9 will call off his stack with worse hands. The issue here is where is the guy who led into us at. Did he set up or something? I would just raise the flop to $30 for information *cringe* and take it from there. With the sucker in between if the SB flat calls, I'm still very concerned.
