Checking to manipulate table position

I played a HU match against my friend last week... every single hand I didn't have the button I checked in the dark on every street in order to get position. I might try doing this more often in a deep stacked hu match.

im pretty sure you would never win against a competent player using this strategy

Agreed. It was an interesting way to play to say the least.
