The only reason you aren't beating these players heads up is because you dont have enough time to play properly.
Obv going all in every hand is just gifting the tourney to the weaker player as he is going to fold every time and let you take the blinds an only call when he has a hand.
Just allow yourself more time and dont become frustrated when heads up lasts longer than you would like. The lower the blinds and the longer the heads up battle the better your chances of winning will be.
