    Default opinions please.

2nd hand in. I should have bet more on the flop so he wasnt getting correct odds for flush draw and I knew as soon as i bet the 140 that it wasnt enough. I dont know why I didnt bet at least 200-250.

    A couple of things:

was his all-in bet the correct play to make on his part?

was my all-in call the wrong move considering all the hands that had me beat?

looking back I think I should have just folded to his all-in.

Raise more preflop. The $5.50 donks won't fold for another 80 chips. 140 to go preflop.

As played, bet the flop harder. There is 320 in the pot, make it at least 250 to go. As you played the flop, I'm not folding this - if they flopped a set then spike an A on the turn or river or just fire up a new one.

BTW, don't post results. Makes it look like a bad beat post. Only post the hand up to your last decision point (ie. when opp pushes over your flop bet).

I knew i bet the flop to weak. Think I act to quickly sometimes.

Did he make the correct move by pushing all-in?

as for posting up until my last action point, il remember in future

That's Liam isn't it? I thought it was Johnny Marr at first.

As for his All-In, he's probably trying to throw you off the hand content that he's got outs to a flush and two overcards if you call. I don't like the move though and I'd be flat calling your small flop bet.

Firstly, I would never have called a preflop raise with QTs, even from the BB with a caller in front.

As for the flop, I agree with kevster, I would have just flat called your flop bet. You actually gave him odds to chase so if I had made a loose preflop call with QTs I would call there too. I would only start going berserko when I hit my flush (and even then I would be hoping that nobody had a higher flush).

We all are! Just because I have more posts than you doesn't mean my opinion is any more valid. After all, I still donk around in the $6.50s and $11s...

Yeah its Liam. coolest haircut ever lol.

I did think his play was rather loose calling a preflop raise with Q-T suited but its more than expected at this level.

i agree that you should have raised more both before and after the flop; two limpers and then a flush plus possible inside straight draw against someone playing Ax or Kx like a donk. How it was played, I would have folded. you're putting the tournament on the line with an overpair - aces, yes, but still just a pair. if it was later in the tourney and you were lower on chips, probably an easy call.

I would call. He could easily make this move with 88 or J7.

As I've said before, I knew the bet after the flop was too small.

As soon as he went all-in it was kinda obvious he had the flush draw. maybe J-J thru K-K. He reraised all-in very quickly so I was pretty sure he had the flush draw.
