Don't even limp this hand. As played it's an easy fold but you deserve to lose 100 chips for open limping A6

    This is a quiz?

I ran into it in a tourney, and the guy told me it was a hand with an easy call to my queens... lol

just kinda wanted to have fun with the idea.

Unless "villians" raising range is extremely tight (<10% of hands), you can call with A6s getting 2:1 pot odds. I probably would not play it, especially out of position like that, but it's not even really a mathmatical mistake, let alone a very bad one.

Your QQ is only a 2:1 favorite over A6s, and QQ is in the higher end of your range.

this is an interesting point! I probably am folding to this raise, but it's interesting to note that you are actually getting pot odds to call this against any pair up to KK. Of course against A7 + you are not, and if you add A10+ to villains range, it becomes very questionable...

Problem is, you don't know if you're up against a pair or a big ace. So you don't really know what you're rooting for on the flop.

That's why I think this is a fold OOP. Note that if either of you is an all-in, this is an autocall!?!?! (barring payout issues or raiser being extraordinarily tight)

I think he was doing it from Villian's perspective.
