    Default First Hand TT

    Very first hand no reads. Call here and take the small edge? Firgure I'm up against a flush draw and maybe a set. But who knows considering this is a $5.50. Might be a weak call on flop, but I was oop and wanted to see what the preflop raiser was going to do. But I didn't expect this.

    Book says to fold.

    Still looking for my royal flush.

    I would say Hunter has an overpair (being that he raised pre flop & called the all in), either that or he has Ad-K/Q d & the other guy is on a draw or a set. Easy fold imo.

    Also being, that your 10-10 doesn't have a diamond in it, you may have as little as one out

    I've seen donks make this play with 22 and 33, first hand. Wouldn't surprise me to see anything at the 5.50 level from either of them.

    That being said, I'd probably put one of them on JJ-AA and fold it.

    I've played it a few times where I'll call here, but that's under the expectation of losing and firing up another one.

    Those with the results in mind, I will post when others have made some comments. That is if there are any other comments.

    I except one of them to have some sort of a fd or sd, but here, this early on, this is an easy fold for me.

    Easy fold for me. Whilst it's true that at a $5.50 you may well be ahead, not worth taking the risk IMO.

    I think it's more interesting that you just flat called cage1074's flop lead. I'm not suggesting that this is necessarily bad, but what was your plan for later streets?

    Ya. easy fold against that crazy push/call action.
    Preflop I'd limp it anyway.

    I called on the flop because I was oop and I wanted to see what the other two were going to do. My plan was if they folded I could try to take it away on the turn if villain checked or bet weak. If not and a scare card came on the turn I would fold. That way I'm not dead on the first hand. If the other two did what they did then I would fold. Check out these hands and the river. How about that for you results oriented folks! Just kidding, I know I made the right play. I think, hmmmmm.

    Definitely notes on those guys for next time.
    Waka/Jawaka: "Pushes TPTK mucho donkish"

    Can someone else come up with a note on Hunter?

    I agree, definitely the right play, assuming your opponents aren't idiots. Not always a good assumption at the $5 level.

    Good fold. Even with the crap that they ended up showing down, you're equity wasnt that great:

    Board: 9d 4c 5d
    Dead:

    equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
    Hand 1: 31.3400 % 31.34% 00.00% { ThTs }
    Hand 2: 53.4884 % 53.49% 00.00% { QdJd }
    Hand 3: 15.1717 % 15.17% 00.00% { As9s }

    I would typically make a note along the lines of "HEE HAW called AI with non-nut flush draw well against the odds"

    fold like a cheap lawnchair. still debating if raising the flop is a good line. theres a decent chance your beat, but you'd like to know on the flop rather than get yourself stuck for more chips on rag turn's and rivers. especially at the 5's your tens are most likely good on this flop. 3 other people have said they like their hand and yours is very vunerable, easy fold
