Default a bubble hand from me to you

What do you think of this bubble play? Way too loose for solid bubble play? Or was it a good strong move in the long run?

    Background info on villain:
Villain seemed pretty good, and had been increasing aggressiveness more and more in recent hands. (I had seen him make some loose aggressive plays recently that went to showdown when the river was check/checked.) I figured villian's preflop calling range was fairly wide as I've seen him defend a couple times before.

    Background info on me:
Early on I had been playing fairly tight, showed down a couple monsters that busted 2 players. So now late game whenever i raised people were respecting my raises. Nice! Recently though I had made a few more raises than normal for tight 4 handed play.

Have you been c betting your flops? If you have, I like this a lot. In my experience in hands like this, the villian almost always folds to a raise ...

In the eyes of the table, I have been cbetting my flops. They never knew that I hit though. All they knew was that about 75% of the time I'm in position and it was checked to me, I bet. It just so happened that I actually had the goods in most cases, was waiting for them to take the bait eventually.

It's a bit tough with your short stack (simply because if he has a peice, he's getting good odds to call your raise), but I like it. Villian leading out here is often an attempt to see where he's at (getting away from it if beaten). I'd bet he has a decent T or a weak K. Either are folding to a push most of the time (assuming that Villian is an aware player).

Yeah, I think I'm going to the felt on this one but I have a feeling he had KQ.

i like this play, and considering you said you had raised alot in recent hands, this could easily be villain playing back with a med/strong T, FD, or even air.
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.
