    UGH these are horrible situations. depends tho so no simple answer.

    i like push AJ+, 99+. this is too tight a range tho.

    if villian would raise QJ i may push wih KQ here but SNGPT usually hates you calling with KQ.

    id be happy to go 60/40 against a loose players as its +EV long run. so id throw in more Aces depend on what villian has shown down and maybe PP down to 66.
    Jman: every time the action is to you, it's an opportunity for you to make the perfect play.

    Given the fact that MP is making a mistake min. raising here. My push range would be: 13% {44+,AKs,AQs,AJs,ATs,A9s,A8s,A8o+,A7s,A5s,KJs+}

    77+, AK, AQ. I would expand that if I am in the BB

    The only hands I'm pushing here are the hands that I think are big favorites against his range. You don't have enough chips to make him fold many playable hands preflop. I like the AJ+/99+ range. With most other playable hands (say Ax/Kx/JT+/22+), I'm probably looking to try a stop-and-go. Smooth call and then push any flop that doesn't hit you (check-raise those that do)...unless Villian doesn't c-bet much, in which case I just push any flop either way.

    Instinct says AQ+/99+. SNGPT gives following ranges:

    vs. 66+,ATs+,AJo+: Call hands: 99+,AKo,AQs+ (4%)

    vs. 44+,A7s+,A9o+,KJs+: Call hands: 77+,AQo+,AJs+ (6%)

    vs. 22+,A2s+,A3o+,KTs+,KJo+,QJs: Call hands: 44+,A9o+,A8s+ (11%)

    Optimal pushing range for MP is something like 23% btw..

    Most likely the opponent is not folding to you push - so you need something good. Pairs, big aces, maybe paint if you're really willing to gamble.

    I want 55+ or Ax. I can't decide on an x

    Thanks for the replies, although I was more interested in the push over range rather than feedback on what I actually did.

    That said, I actually had A 9. Push over or fold?

    Easy Push.

    A push with A9s isn't horrible, but I still think I prefer a smooth call followed by a push on any flop.
