Default Dealing with a medium stack maniac?

I'm currently sitting in 3rd chip position in a $20+2 Omaha 8 or better deepstack MTT, a few hours in now and down to about 70 of the original 135 runners.

There are many shortstacks but at my table everyone is around average or higher.

One guy with a medium stack is raising every pot no matter what and it makes playing against him difficult. Any flop that doesnt perfectly fit my hand is risky to play against him.

I know this isn't a Hold'em MTT, but what tactics should I be using to deal with the guy.

    a) Wait for a real big hand and get him committed (difficult as this is a limit tourney)

    b) Mix it up and see a few more flops, try and catch some nuts with almost garbage.

    c) Play my normal game and hope he stays out the way of my pots

    ?

I really don't want to be wasting chips raising this guy to find that one time he really does have soemthing amazing.

He just doubled up off another large stack and is now even more aggressive.

He has the raise any button clicked most flops

I'm not a great O8 player, but like playing against any maniac you need to call him down with some marginal hands that are ahead of random hands. Raising/check-raising the turn with merely good hands is also recommended (assuming you're heads up or close to it).
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.
