i dont think I am laying it down, I am calling and reevaluating after the flop

What kind of flops do you continue with? I'll have 1200 behind if I just call..

I'm not sure what you're going to re-evaluate on when half your stack is in the middle already.. folding will leave me with an M of 4.

I can't see any other play other than shoving here. If he has AA/KK you're dead on most flops anyway, if he has something like TT-QQ you want to see all 5 cards to get maximum value.

Besides, good rocks realise that they need to open up when blinds get to this level, they won't always be raising only 2% of hands.

    A few assumptions:
    1. You have almost no fold equity preflop, you may have some postflop if he is a total rock
    2. half a stack is better then none

I am pushing any flop with A,K,2 diamonds or any flop that is checked to me

I can't see that flop being checked at all.
Not with the amount of chips already in the middle. If it is, it's a trap anyway.

Say you miss and he bets the flop, or you hit a piece but its dangerous, you're priced in too call anyway, so you may aswell make the most of the situation preflop and push it all in.

I definately push here, pray he has qq or worse and hope for an outdraw.

id consider a call if i was OOP on flop and could push first. but with position here i push.

    what level is this?
Jman: every time the action is to you, it's an opportunity for you to make the perfect play.

I really dont like calling half my chips off preflop unless i'm all in on the flop.

I do sometimes use the call/push method, but only if i'm first to act on the flop, and think i can get a better hand to fold....

I just dont see anything that you want to fold actually folding...

This is a clear push/fold situation....

The more i think about it, the more i like the push.

    Q. Is poker Gambling?
    A. Do you use correct bankroll management?
