Standard squeeze play?

Initial raiser is a 67/54 and the caller is a 40/10..

I was raising the initial raiser a few times when he came in with a raise and he has been folding to my re-raise every time. Caller has the chip lead but hasn't gotten out of line yet.

Thoughts on my squeeze? Top 2 places pay, 2nd is $10 and 1st place is a seat into $12k guaranteed..

im hesitant to push this because the cold caller has 6k and gambling with you wont really hurt his stack. id also be a little worried about the limper as well. way too risky i think
