    Default AK pretty early

Sorry if this is obvious but I'm not sure the best way to play it

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, A. SB posts a blind of 15.
UTG calls 30, 2 folds, Button raises 90 to 120, 1 fold, Hero raises 280 to 500, UTG calls 470, Button folds.

    Flop: 7, 4, J (2 players)

Is PF ok? Might you call or push instead? I'm quite commited after the raise. UTG limps, sees a raise and a re-raise and calls. Is this a big pair trapping? Or a dumb call with a lower pair or Ace something? What would be your line on this flop?
Must get more aggressive - Tonight we dine in $25NL! rah rah rah! etc

AK early is always a tough hand to play.

Preflop I would either a) re-raise - in which case don't re-raise so much, 300 is fine or b) just flat call. If I'm re-raising I don't want to get committed if I don't hit the flop.

With the UTG limper I think I just flat call since Button's raise is less to be a steal with a limper in front.

The problem with your huge PF raise is that you can't c-bet this flop without committing yourself. If you had re-raised to 300 the pot would be ~700 and maybe you could throw out a 350 c-bet and fold if opp pushes over.

Actually, thinking through this, this is why I think I flat call and c/f if I don't hit the flop.

Wow, just looked at the stack sizes and number of players remaining, did 3 players crap out already at level 2? God I miss the $5.50s!

    Too early .. Just call.

    Play the flop accordingly.
Dont overplay your hand and commit yourself with a giganic C-bet after that reraise ... You hit nothing .. And there is no sense this early to come out of your back pocket with a hand.

I like a fold after villain puts anymore money in.

I call preflop and probably check/fold this flop

    the reraise is too much.

at the 5's you dont really have much fold equity so that kind of lowers the value of reraising preflop with a hand like AK. Your almost always called by someone and create a big pot out of position. with position i would be happier re-raising. In this spot I think I keep the pot small and hope to hit a flop and have a donk pay me off
