If I have overcards on the flop and throw out a cbet, what do I do on the turn if the opp calls and a blank card comes? Do I bet again (if so, how much) or do I check and call or check and fold?

It's situational. Sometimes you fire a second barrel, sometimes you don't. A lot of opps will call a c-bet in position and pick you off on the turn if you check. On the other hand, firing second barrels OOP all the time is generally spew, so...it's very read dependent, but as a general rule it's check/fold.

Against loose OPP no, it's check/fold. Against solid OPP 2nd barrel works sometimes but, from my experience, scary boards are the best. Say you raise preflop - he calls, you cbet - he calls (but he hesitated a little), scare card hits, you fire (make sure you don't hesitate yourself) 2nd barrel 2/3, 3/4 pot ..... 9 times out of 10 good player will think ... think and fold. Of course if he was actually drawing to THAT scare card, he'll let you know
