$16 Turbo, pocket 2's late in the SB - play em or not?

Results 1 to 6 of 6

Default $16 Turbo, pocket 2's late in the SB - play em or not?

Does getting 5 to 1 here make it worth a call?

Does anyone raise or push in this spot?

Do you put out any bets on future streets?

Personally I was ready to run away against any resistance like the weak/tight bitch I am.

There are LOTS of ways to play this. Are you saying I played this correctly? If so, why?

Hell yes. Only time I don't complete is if BB has been raising limps a lot.

I raise it if the the button has been limping mediocre hands and will fold to a raise. If I don't know this, limp sounds good.

Preflop raising puts you in a difficult spot postflop (psb left, underpair, oop). Folding is not possible, you can't pass 5:1 with a PP and implied odds.

Postflop you might bluff the turn but checking through seems fine.

I am not folding this, 5:1 is good pot odds, but pocket 2's 3 way is a shitty hand to play, especially OOP.

I will probably raise it to about 700, hoping to pick up the pot right there. If both call I am done with the hand unless I hit my set, if I am left with one opponent it can go different ways, depending on how the opponent is and what is his style of play
