Preflop make it 60-80 instead. I like the flop bet. In a ring game you probably should keep betting the turn, but in a sng with blinds at 20, I understand your confusion here. You don't want the pot to grow too huge but at the same time there are draws out there to protect against. The SB preflop call is a little bothersome, not out of the question are 44, 55, 66, 77, 88. So I might check behind on the turn and hope to keep the pot small since your hand isn't that great anymore given that board.

I agree with FS. 80 to go preflop (I used to raise to 100 but it just contributes to the pot escalating out of control).

I check behind on the turn and call a blocking bet on the river (and obviously check behind if opp checks). At a $11 you'll see a lot of players play a missed AK/AQ/KQ like this preflop, on the flop and on the turn.

Check behind is good but value bet most rivers.

Yeah, you're right, if he has the straight or a set he's unlikely to check the river too.

At the time I really didn't think the 7 helped. It helps 67, 78, 45, 56. I can't really see any of these calling the flop bet except 87 (granted I have no reads). Ax calls that flop bet if x is on or higher than the board.

Usually I would check just because it's WA/WB, this time I thought I was ahead...

The 7 is not a great card for you, since there are many hands it can put you behind. I think checking behind is good.
