1- fold to turn raise. typically with this type of hand you want to get value from by betting but as soon as youre raised you know you are beat, unless vs a maniac. | |

In hand one, unless the villain is very aggro, you can certainly shut down once your flop 3 bet is called. Definitely fold to the turn raise. There's not much you even beat when he raises the first time (KQ, maybe AQ if he's passive preflop but wakes up postflop). | |
