if you had a nitty read then it seems like a good fold, but with semi loose only, I think weak, especially with you making a button raise. He mini c/r the flop - most likely Jx seeing where they're at, or 77/55, maybe even a str8 draw if he's really loose. I think only the stronger hands (AJ/KJ/set most likely) lead the turn strong like that though.

So I would rather call the turn and fold to a river all in, and maybe consider a value bet if he checks and it's not an A/K.

i would 3 bet the flop and hope to get allin. too often the tightish-bad players have AJ KJ here.

I say weak. Rereraise the flop to get a real idea of where you are at. Calling his minraise doesnt really help you to define his hand.

Wrong. You are 3-betting this flop for value, not for information. And 3-betting flop and folding to a push is just terrible. Also calling does help to define his hand because you can see what he does on various turn cards.
