With the blinds this high, always. You are ahead of the top 10% of hands. Plus the blinds you are calling 1800 to win 2600. ICM probably says this a fold, but with everyone < 10BB I don't think ICM applies as much.

Easy call. If UTG shoves 10% of hands (55+,ATo+,A8s+,KQs) then this call is +0.8% EV according to SNGPT.

Plus, UTG is about to lose more than 1/3 of his stack as the blinds go through him, I would say he is shoving more than 10% here.
