    Default 5-5-10 NL QQ hand

Another hand from this live game I'm playing.

7 handed, I'm playing kinda tight, but not supertight.
    Players in the hand.

    I have QcQd

    1 limper.
    Kinda laggy guy $1,800.
    Me: $3,000

Laggy guy raises to $60 in the CO.
I reraise to $220 from SB, I have been reraising like this a few times before, and I think I big reraise gives away my hand too much.
    Limper fold and he calls.

    FLOP 8J5 2 hearts.
I bet out $300 on flop.
    He calls.

    TURN 8j5J still 2 hearts.
    I check
    He bet $600.
He has like $700 behind, what do I do?!?!?!?!

He's aggressive and I'm pretty sure he'd take a stab on turn if he was on a draw seeing my check. He's a pretty good player.

Is there anyway he would have been in the pot with something like QJ. Bet sure seems like he's holding a J??

And I was unlucky cause there was no queen on the river I guess I couldn't get away, at least I believe checking to him on turn is the way to get most value out of it though, y/n?

i think you gotta bet/fold this turn. Checking forces you to get stacked the times you are beat.

I wondered a bit about your reply yeah. And when the other guy only has $1,300 behind, how much to bet out here? There is $1,060 in the pot. Betting out $600 and then folding to only $700 more in a pot that would be $3,000, I don't like that too much. I think it's hard to get away from when he has so little money, but I'm usually calling too much

I cant think of a really good line here, trying to reply later with the least bad one.. Problem with bet-folding is that if he is a good player he might just stick it in with a flush draw. No idea what to do here..

i think when the card pairs and iwind still bets, a good players would definitely not want to stick it in with the flushdraw since his stack isn't very deep

average to good player wouldnt. He would have to be really bad or really good leaning more towards the former.

He's not bad, he is a winning player and pretty good, bet/fold turn is probably best, if I knew he was playing draw aggressively a c/f here would have been best even, since his flop call then most likely would have been a jack, but I dunno how he plays them.

i think that this is a hand where you can't avoid getting stacked. After all, the whole reason you threebet preflop was so you wouldn't care about him hitting a long shot and just stick it in on a favorable flop.

With your small preflop raise I think its profitable to put him on a Jack.
So in my opinion a check on the turn fold is just fine.

he calls the flop and bets a checked turn with a far, far, far wider range than just Jx. Check raise all in is a profitable play vs this player, op just got unlucky at this juncture.

You have to c/r imo given your read. Tough spot though, stack sizes suck.

Yeah, I thought for a while and decided that there was a good chance he could do that with draws, so I put him all in and he called with AJo.
