I would raise to 300-350 and hope to steal the blinds and the limps. The problem with 0% preflop raise players is that you have no idea whether they are limping crap or hands that have you dominated. With blinds at 50/100 you are not yet desperate although you'll need to make a move soon.

If blinds were 75/150 or greater I would shove this no problem.
