I think I tend to call this. It is only -EV if opp is pushing 66+/AT+ or tighter and 3-handed with blinds at 200/400 he should be loosening up more than this.

I felt comfortable the whole game, but I this was my first game at the $16's from the $6.50's due to the most profitable morning I've ever had. Overall I think I stacked up fairly well though.

I would call if it was a push from the SB, but I would fold to this push. The mid stack guy has very little reason to risk his entire stack, even with the blinds that big. The SB is the one both of you should be looking ot put the pressure on. Has this guy been loose with his pushes?

No, the pushes that were called were legit; JJ, AKo, & KK from what I remember. I guess seeing that makes me lean to folding, but with blinds that big my 99's looked very playable.

Perhaps the only thing that gives me reason to worry is the fact that Button shoved here rather than standard raising - particularly the fact that he is shoving into the big stack.
