    Default Moving up, multitabling, etc...

After grinding it out in $5 and $10 sngs, mixed in with $300 MTT win, and an inital $100 deposit i had my BR up to $900. (i was only playing one table @ a time)

At that point i decided to move up to the $20s. I started off okay and had my BR
up to $1200 at its peak. I look back now and realize I wuznt as good as i though i was, beacuse then I hit a really bad streak and went down to like$ 800, i got freaked out and droped back to the $10s.

After gaining back my confidence Ive started multitabling recently.
(just 2 at a time for now).

I have not kept track of my ROI, and would like to start as of now.

How many sngs would be a good sample size to caculate my ROI?

What BR would you recommed for the $20s?
I know general rule of thumb is 20-30 buyins, but my BR took such a hit last time Id like to err on the side of caution

What other factors besides BR and ROI do i need to consider B4 moving up?

1000 SnGs would give you a good estimate of your ROI.

I wouldn't move up until you feel confident you are beating the level you are on and I would suggest moving up very slowly until you feel comfortable with the new level. Dont' just move up to the new level and play only those sngs, mix a few of the new level in with the level you are on.

I only single-table (mainly because I play for fun not $) and it is satisfying to me to concentrate on making absolutely the best decisions that I can in each situation.

Also, I'm a weenie when it comes to BR, I played the $6.50 turbos with over 110 buyins until I got sick of the higher variance associated with playing a table full of truly horrible opps and moved to the $16s. If you can replace your BR without too much pain, 30 buyins should be sufficient, if you can't replace it you need 50+. Lower buyins need less BR (in terms of # of buyins) because expected ROI is higher.

I've read posts by pros who can't replace their BR if they go busto that they keep 100+ buyins for the level they play. You definitely did the right thing by moving down to the $11s once you took a hit to your BR.
