You lost this hand on the flop.
You flop TPTK and flat call him. You have no idea what he's got. You NEED to raise his flop bet to see what he does. You've flopped a very strong hand and you're letting him call all the shots.
His river reraise can be a value bet or a bluff - you really don't know because you didn't test him on the flop.
If you reraise him on the flop, his action there will let you know where you stand. If he calls you there, or even raises again, you know to either fold or at least respect his hand.
Then when you get to the river, you know he's most likely not bluffing.
As it is, you're in the dark with the exception of prior reads on him (which are going to be weak over 50 hands).
