    Default Man am I glad that is over!

    So I am sort of new to taking SnG's serious as a way to make a little extra cash vs just the plain ol' ring games. I find them exciting and kinda cool to say when you are done, I won or lost. I am still wet behind the ears though, only 76 SnG's under the belt so far. I just finished my worst losing streak since embarking on this journey...8...and felt I needed to get it off my chest...so there.

    Man was it horrible, I read somewhere that good players never talk about there bad beats and so I am going to try to hold it in (red-faced)...at any rate, just cashed a couple in a row, and so hopefully that is long behind me. The ITM and ROI took a hit, as did my fledgling bankroll, but such is the life of a SnG'er, eh?

    So I tried lurking around some of the posts here for losing/winning streaks, to see what is the norm, and when to be afraid, very afraid. Couldn't find much. As I get back off on my journey to SnG riches, I wanted to see what are some "normal" win/loss streaks....if you like, please drop a post with your best and worst. Thanks.

    In a stretch of 34 sngs, I had streaks of 10 and 12 without a cash.

    My best streaks are 10 in a row and 13 cashes in 14 tournies.

    This is the $109 level. SnGs are gross

    Best streak (which I just came off) was 8 ITM, worst streak 10 OOTM (part of a 30 buyin downswing).

    10-15 OOM are not uncommon, especially in turbos

    see if u play 8 talbes at a time, then u could 8 OOTM and itd be like 1 OOTM if you were one tabling!

    I've rarely had 10 or more OOTM finishes in a row. I think it's happened twice for me.

    Best streak = a year ago. Every SnG I played in October of 2005 was a cash (20 or so of them...this was evened out in december, when I hit my first 1k swing...).
