Tough one. I'd probably push that flop, get outdrawn and curse my luck, all the while not learning any lessons.

If sb has me beat oh well, All you can eat baby.

It's a good fold. SB checkraising a 3/4 pot bet and a call on that flop (and making a suspicioiusly small raise) = monster.

    Pot flop, then call.

I play it exactly like you did. You're beat by a set (although if CO is a donkey he might be on a draw).

Where was the suspiciously small raise? I missed that.

I didn't even notice the c/r... That would make me more cautious but I think I push here anyway.

The guy c/r 500 more into a pot of 1320 (counting his call). He has 900 invested in the pot and leaves himself 600 behind instead of just shoving. Just seems like he really wants a call.

He could just be an idiot. I shove since the number of times I get shown JT or some crap here more than makes up for it. If he did have a set I would expect him to raise out here since there are so many people in the pot and the flop is dangerous.

SB had what he thinks is a strong hand, he may be an idiot thinking AT is a monster here, he may get cute with AA-JJ and he may have a set.
CO has flat called your raise, so it is safe to assume he has some kind of a hand, probably either slowplaying a monster or drawing to a flush.
All and all I think it is a good fold, you still have 1100 left and the blinds are low, you dont have to commit your entire stack here
