Default AQo to UTG raiser, standard fold? ($16)

Opp's HUD stats at this point were 11/4. This is a standard fold, right? It is spewing chips to call and see a flop when I'm OOP relative to the raiser, right? What about shoving over?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

1 fold, UTG+1 raises to t300, 6 folds, Hero folds.

If he's really that tight then I'd fold. Of course he might be opening up his game at these blinds in which case your stats will be misleading.
Must get more aggressive - Tonight we dine in $25NL! rah rah rah! etc

Fold. He might well be opening up is game but not from UTG.
