How to fold that?

I´m playing $1+0,20 MTT (45plyrs) at PS and i´m not getting nice result.
I read lot SNG and MTT articles and i´m trying to play like them say: tight/agressive at the first levels and that changging my game trying to see more flops and steal some blinds.
At this hand I´m posting I had limp with 10Jo at middle/late position and that flooped 2 pair for me, with a sitr8 draw.
This guy was really tight\agressive and put all his ships at this hand; but how cold I fold that??
I was really thinking he got the str8, really, really... but considering that 2 pairs is a really nice hand and I´m alway out of money I needed to call.
How cold I play better this hand? If I had raised Pre-flop probably cold fold; but raise PF with 10Jo? Should I fold PF?

don't focus on results.

with an overbet and a minraise in front of you, I guess you could conceivably fold here. But I see nothing wrong with getting all your chips in with top two pair.
