Default Basic Pushing Questions When M Starts to Get Low

If your M is around 6-7 what are you open pushing with from EP? MP? LP? How about if there are limpers in front? How about vs. a raise? How about vs. a raise + caller? That's all for now

Wrote an unnecessarily long stupid post just now. Deleted it.

To sum it up though, read HOH.

I would suggest Kill Phil to get an idea of what range of hands are generally played in each situation you mentioned. I wouldn't suggest the all in method that they advocate for beginning stages of play, but it's good for the end game. Knowing how loose and tight your opponents are is a + too.

i remember he said he had read HOH.

Those open push ranges are close enough, you'll adjust some to your taste and the table.

Over a raise from unknown, I would shove about 99+, AJ/KQ ish. Maybe subtract from the bottom if EP raise, add a couple like AT, KJ 88 if it's from CO or later.

Raise plus call you have no FE, JJ+ or AK for unknowns.
