    Default A9 Hits TPTK vs. Donk Bet

    Villain hadn't really done anything stupid up til this point. What is my best line?

    Full Tilt Poker
    No Limit Holdem Tournament
    Blinds: t100/t200
    3 players
    Converter

    Stack sizes:
    Hero: t2950
    SB: t7695
    BB: t2855

    Pre-flop: (3 players) Hero is Button with
    Hero raises to t500, SB folds, BB calls t300 (pot was t800).

    Flop: (t1100, 2 players)
    BB bets t800

    Shove. 88+ would re-raise AI preflop. 33 would fold, so only 66 is a possibility for a set. I think this is a semibluffing AK, Ax clubs or 9-lower kicker rather than something that has you beat.

    Yeah I agree with you but I do think that he may call with 33 here. However I still think this is a simple shove...

    Yeah I agree with you but I do think that he may call with 33 here. However I still think this is a simple shove...
    He might call but it would be incorrect, he's not getting correct implied odds to play for a set.
