    Default Call push on Bubble?

No great reads on villian. Since we got to the bubble he has tightened up a bit.

Raise a bit less preflop, 275-300 is plenty. It just keeps the pot smaller postflop - for examplel if you had raised to 300 then the pot would be 650 on the flop and you could c-bet 400 rather than 600, saving you 300 chips overall.

As played, you have to fold, you're very likely to be beat. Even if this could be a bluff, calling here would be hugely -EV.

Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject. So you know you are getting the best possible information.

Control, COntrol, COntrol, You must learn (how to) control (the pot size preflop).

    Taipan's comment is correct ofcourse.
As played you have a tough decision.
If you fold you have 1330 chips remaining, if you call and win you doubled up.
I think villian's likely hands (in order)
    1. Flush draw with 1 (possible 2) overcards
    2. Qx
    3. Mid pair 66-99
    4. 5x or toal air

With the big stack in the BB, he's likely to raise any standard raise all day long if he's aggressive and good. Does anyone consider going AI or too risky at this stage?

So if the blinds were say 25-50, with the same stack sizes, would you still only raise pf like 100-150, or do you go for the 4xBB? I guess my question is- when do you let go of the standard 3-4xBB pf raises and raise less amounts to keep the pot controlled?

stack sizes are very very important. the most important thing about sngs. always look at stack sizes before you raise and ask yourself if you're going to be committed to your hand with your raises depending on how many chips you have.
