Leading the flop might have answered that question.

I think its more a case where he had an A with a bad/middling kicker to begin with and realized he was WA/WB on the flop and the turn didn't change that .

Well that's how I would play it in villain's place. As it is, I don't think you're ahead particularly often here.

Position bet PF, u called with K-10, don't think he has an ace but if u lead out the flop or re-raise him on the flop you woulda found ur answer here. Anyways c/c on the turn doesn't give u any information, river bets about 3/4 the size of the pot...

he could have basically anything, fold is my option

he coulda bet into a flush draw on the flop, and hit on the river
he doesn't have an ace but im pretty sure he has a flush.

block bet river 1/2 pot, fold to a raise.

I normally like how you played 2nd pair here, and would look to ch/c a small river bet to pick off bluffs, but that flush card is bad.

Leading or raising flop just turns your hand into a bluff or builds a pot when you have AT BEST reverse implied odds vs. draw and are OOP.

I'm almost positive that The Fat L is 9th level thinking you.

Look his punk ass up. This hand is fine, people around here seem to have this disfunctional tendency to prevent people from bluffing when they figure to tend to bluff.

The problem comes with when you want people to bluff.. I often used to go "bluff please" then realise I didn't really have a hand myself, or go "bluff please" and call it then realise that their pre-river line was a real hand.

Hero could easily be on a draw here in villain's eyes so I doubt he's thinking WA/WB.
