    Default CALL ME CRAZY!

ok... at poker stars... they have a limited number of SnG's that can be going.

they make money on each entry.

the faster the running SnG's end... the faster the new ones can start.

i believe their programming favors big stacks once the blinds reach a certain point... say 150/300. if the bigger stack is X amount over the SS... the board cards favor the bigger stack. the higher the blinds and the bigger the difference... the better for the BS.

call me crazy... i have seen all kinds of CRAZY beats of short stacks... me beating SS and vice versa. i have observed this in others play as well.

A's coming on the river to beat a pair. crazy straight flops... crazy straight after the SS flops trips... you name it.

anyone else notice this. am i crazy???

    wow!!!!

As Will Ferrell in Old schools would say ''Man your crazy huhu, I love you , but huhu your crazy''
Jman: every time the action is to you, it's an opportunity for you to make the perfect play.

Its cause theyre rigged. Because they definately wouldnt make enough if they played fair.

you are the first person to post this theory. I suggest you email stars support, as often as it takes, and don't let them tell you any of that third party verified random number generator crap. Obv it is worth risking 100 % of their huge profits to make an extra 1 % since you'll get in two more SNGs per week.

    go.
The race doesn't always go to the fastest or the strongest but it's a pretty good bet.

Come on guys. Were not at 2+2 now.

OP. Games are not rigged. There are like a million questions about it on here so i suggest you search for it.

Crazy shit only seems to happen. when something with probability of 20% actually occurs, thats not crazy its standard 1 in 5.

You want crazy??? I just flopped a royal flush and won $0.85. Now work out the probability of that!!

ginger, stay a few more months and I assure you you'll be answering the same way. If you try to give them actual answers it doesn't help. Mockery is the only way.

    ha, I like it.

I should say, I don't think it's actually true stars limits the # of SNGs running at once.

I can't tell you how many times my posts have been mocked. Oh wait, that's right I usually deserved the mockery.

by the way if grasshoppa is even still around, this shouldnt deter you if you actually wish to learn how to play!!!

but if you dont correct your view or understanding of gaming you will lose alot of money.

If you think it's rigged then stop putting your money in there.

Quess what, AA doesn't win every time.

Thanks for giving me a reason to add to my post count.

Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure they don't even have these blinds, at least not at the $5.50's.

I have a positive RoI, therefore they are rigged.
I'd like to meet Jesus. Not because people claim he was the son of god, but because he could turn water into wine. A man like that is good to know, because you never know when you'll need a bottle of wine or an extra nail.

    ok. fine. i'm crazy.

no one thinks just maybe there could be one tiny chance its possible some way somehow in the great big universe there's some tiny little man raking another .00001% from the poker stars SnG's by randomly altering the poles of the planet to shift the generator in favor of the big fat man drinking 150 year old scotch while smokin his cigars and bangin' strippers at the Ritz while his teenage son sits in his room in Orange County and plays with daddy's money on said generator while beatin off to internet porn... that his daddy runs too??

cmon... you're tellin me that's not reality???

Yep, That's pretty much what we are saying. Now if you will excuse me it is time to move on.

We might take you seriously if you had done a statistical study with say a sample size of 100k times the big stack was all in during the late stages of a tournament.

If you are going to make claims like this, you really have to do some hard scientific observation and analysis. At least, if you really are interested if it is rigged, note all the hands and boards whenever a big stack goes in for say the next 500-1000 SNGs you play and see if your theory might have some merit.

Hey, at least I gave you a serious answer ...

In order to find the actual conspiracy, you need a reason for them to actually conspire. What reason would stars have to rig the deal? $$$, Nah, they wouldn't make enough by rigging compared to the actual earnings they make now to risk getting caught. Power, Nah, Party poker already gave them the power by shutting out US players. Fun, Nah, they get those emails from guys like you to laugh at anyway. Just cause they are evil and want to fuck you, maybe, but just you.

If you hit the ESC. key just before the cards are dealt, after the blinds are payed it'll actually reshuffle the deck. Try it.

And if you punch your pin number in backwards when a robber is making you take money from an ATM, it'll alert the police too. And bigfoot plays at Bodog poker, his SN is yetiscousin.

Now THAT is the kind of scientific proof that I was looking for.

I stand corrected by Da Goat. Again.

My pin # is 1221. Maybe that's why the police always show up when I go to the bank. I always thought it was a coincidence.
