    Default 50NL FTR Chatroom session.

I'm going to fire one table up. If youve got some freetime or a free spot on your monitor for one more table, come rail and we'll discuss poker in the FTR Chatroom. Couple people in here now.

I think that it will become a great learning tool for everyone involved.

I think I have one more session in me for tonight. Lets talk poker starting at 12:30 EST. I'll create a new channel in the FTR chat and I'll try and guide a discussion. Bare with me, as I'm not the best NL player by ANY means.

I think I kinda ruined the game last night by coming in and raising every hand. I din't realise people wanted to play properly and discuss things.

That wasnt a hand from our game, we were playing 50NL.

And while I have no authority to stop you, Id like to ask you to NOT come and play for real, we're a couple people who play 25 and 50NL trying to learn here, and while playing the best players in the game might be a good excersize, its just not what we're after. We're trying to beat the average player.

Please please please, though, come in chat and talk about hands with us.

All of these sessions keep turning into FTR games, and theyre really doing no one any favors.

It was the table with Renton, Jager etc on it.

When I sat down I thought it was gonna be a joke game like the other FTR ring games I've played ie lots of straddles, raising to 20bb preflop and other craic. I didn't realise people were trying to play seriously.

I don't really understand what you're after though? You want to advertise a game on FTR but you don't want FTR people to play in it?

Yes, my aim is more of a discussion type thing. What do we think player A has, whats the best way to exploit him, etc etc. Things that have practical use and can be learned from.

I apologize for confusion, and did not mean to infer you were doing anything underhanded.

I dont mind if FTR people play, but I'd obviously prefer they don't in those situations. If I dont want them there I can always leave the table. But I absolutely do not want them in our chats while we discuss, for obvious reasons.
