Preflop - I think 100-120 is plenty but meh.

On the flop, I'm looking to make about a pot-sized re-raise here, I would have raised to 500 or so. If anybody calls then I'm pushing the turn.

As played, why did you check the turn? Did you think that the 3 helped his hand? I would have bet at least 500 here just in case he's still chasing the flush or straight. On the river, that's a tough spot, I'd say the fold is solid at this stage but it should never have gotten to this as you should have been AI on the turn.

yeah agreed taipan the check on the turn was horrid. one of them moments where my fingers worked quicker than my brain.
preflop would normally go 100 but with the two early limpers i prefer to bump it a little more.
one of them i hands i played poorly but am staring to post them so i can embarrass myself into not doing it again

It must have been "Lets Crack A's" night last night on Stars. This was the hand that I suffered with.

Rodders hand - I'd go pot sized on the flop then push the turn, its just too easy to get burned slowplaying AA
Gator hand - One for the bad beats IMO, unlucky

rodders no way i fold river after checking turn.

bluff chance incrase since you've acted weak.
i dont think trips really tries push you out (especially poor players)

you checked turn to keep marginal hands in the pot and got them to bluff/push marginals on river (you still payoff better hands but now more hands will play against you so you can profit long term). easy call

tho you didnt really think the above at the time.
Jman: every time the action is to you, it's an opportunity for you to make the perfect play.

You definitly need to bet the flop harder, there are just too many draws out there.

UTG check-called both preflop and on the flop.

On such a dangerous board slowplaying less then a boat is borderline suicedical in a 3-way pot. He may be a bad player slowplaying Qx, he may have a boat or he may be drawing.

His check on the turn doesnt mean much, so I think pushing the turn is good
