Need help with 1.20 45 Man

Anyone have any tips for the $1.20 45 man buy ins on pokerstars? I can't seem to get into the money consistently.

The players in these suck so bad it's amazing. You have to double up at some point early. If you get good cards, awesome, if not gambool.

You really can't do anything special until the final table. Then you can run over the table with a chip stack and pure aggression. Play to win.
