opp has Ace high. doubt he even has a Q since he checked flop.

doubt a PP too since no turn bet.

i may over bet pot to make opp think im stealing with Ace high for a split pot.

90% of the time you will win the SD

    bet the flop.

I would call river. Whatever he has he played it bad.
I can see any PP calling a raise, certainly a Q will, but I don't want to open up the betting.

Goat - what's your plan if he shoves over your bet? I agree he has Ax usually, but A3 or A4 could play like this. And given the action he may shove AQ or KQ thinking he's ahead.

I am not sure just flat calling is the best move here. Barring pocket Q's there are only 6 cards that we are worried about here. There are quite a few hands that we are beating that may call a raise or push here.

GELupo: checks nothing much, PP may of bet here

Forty2u: calls 50 yeah id still say you have your outs to the flush
GELupo: calls 50 meh im not worried, thinking he is slowplaying 2 streets is a bit paraniod

Jadz61: bets 100 yay he thinks Ace high, PP, Qs are good. cant put him on 4 or 3 after raising in bad position PF
    Forty2u: ?
thinking he has a 4 or 3 is of course possible but im saying its not probable.

we chased the flush so i think we should get paid too. we will be behind sometimes after opp played he hand poorly if he actually has a strong holding but i reckon we are ahead very often.

i vote to bet about 500-600 into a 550 pot, it makes calling pushes easier too. im making it big to make it look like ive A high and trying to push you off a split pot. i dont think Q will push tho coz there is the FH and flush threat out there (then again it argues why such a big bet on end)

We don't have nut flush so you might add a few cards in there.

I'm cool with raising if you're calling a re raise/shove. I can't do it on this board.

fair point at the top. i also price myself in anyway but id be confident we can profit here.

Why does is play make sense with a good hand but not a bad one, it's terrible whatever he has and we can't draw any conclusion from his play. If he min raised with 36 he's probably slow playing it to death on this board.

Where we really disagree is you seem to think he's going to call with A high hoping for a split. I don't see that at all, but clearly if you get called by A high you should bet. Maybe you're going off how badly he played the hand.

well so are you if you think he could have that

i get what your saying, its not impossible for him to have a 3 or 4 but i just feel its unlikely. i also just thought that other PPs under a Q would play similiarly and would i think call my river raise since they are ahead of the 2 pair on board.

KQ he had which i think should of bet the flop, this guy must be afraid of trips or something.
