    Default When you're beat you're beat $10NL

So in hand 1 the turn is disastrous. I'm now beating JJ, AJ AT and KQ and losing to AA, KK, QQ, AK, AQ. Do I check behind and fold to a river bet?

Hand 2 could I extract more value here?

    HAND1:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    UTG ($8.80)
    UTG+1 ($4.85)
    MP1 ($9.75)
    MP2 ($15.20)
    CO ($10)
    Button ($3.65)
    SB ($9.90)
    Hero ($84.60)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, T. CO posts a blind of $0.10.
2 folds, MP1 calls $0.10, 1 fold, CO (poster) checks, 1 fold, SB raises to $0.4, Hero calls $0.30, MP1 calls $0.30, CO calls $0.30.

    Flop: ($1.60) K, A, Q (4 players)
SB bets $1.9, Hero calls $1.90, MP1 folds, CO folds.

    Turn: ($5.40) A (2 players)
    SB checks, Hero ???

    HAND2:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    CO ($4.55)
    Button ($11.45)
    SB ($8.40)
    BB ($11.55)
    UTG ($9.65)
    UTG+1 ($13.40)
    MP1 ($0.95)
    MP2 ($10)
    Hero ($65.40)

    Preflop: Hero is MP3 with K, A.
    1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $0.2, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.6, 4 folds, UTG+1 calls $0.40.

    Flop: ($1.35) 4, A, 9 (2 players)
    UTG+1 checks, Hero checks.

    Turn: ($1.35) T (2 players)
    UTG+1 bets $1, Hero calls $1.

    River: ($3.35) 6 (2 players)
    UTG+1 checks, Hero checks.

    Final Pot: $3.35

    Thanks in advance

raise flop to $5 or $6 on hand 1. then you'll be pot-committed and can cry-call all the way down if you have to. You're good about half the time regardless of what comes out

hand 2: seriously, dude, stop slowplaying this stuff. Bet flop; failing that, raise turn. Bet river.

#1 Make a BIG raise, even all-in. That board hit lot of raising hands and you have all them crushed. AK, AQ, AA-QQ made top two and better, you may (and probably you will, it's $10NL) get atrocious call from JJ/TT.

#2. Just bet it out unless you have some kind of read on player that he starts betting wide range at 1 sign of weakness. But it's still risky you have one pair only. And if you want to take down lot of pots uncontested in future (when you flop zilch), you have to bet on flop your good hands the same way as air, marginals and monster. If he raises you, then evaluate.
