    Default Work from home???

Seriously, is there a job you can do, working from home, preferably online. Is there a decent paying job, with a poker site, a web site or companys, that will allow you to work from your computer at home. After the last two days of 3 hour commutes, I'm done with driving. I only make $60K now with benifits, but i would be willing to take much less, depending on workload. School is not an option. I'm 42, working wife, kid and mortgage.

I know, play poker... play well... find the fish... move up. I'm open to the jokes, but i need to stop doing what I'm doing.

    Find me a job.

Independent contracting, in whatever type of thing you do best (writing, programming, design, art, etc... all have big freelancing markets).

You think you could go into business for yourself? (say putting skills you have from current job to work for yourself)
This is not my signature. I just write this at the bottom of every post.

right now I am an ink technician/colourist for an ink manufacturer. I work off site now in a print house, doing colour mixing, print press approvals and operating an ink storage facility on site. This job requires me to be press side alot. This line of work is not an option from what I see. My other job was a personal trainer, but I'm no longer in the shape required to do that job, and would require me to lose 40lbs, and re-aquire my license. Meaning paying for exams, CPR and first aid certification, and rebuilding a client basis. Probably not the best option. I really don't want to minimize the effort I'm willing to put in, but I'd like to maintain my poker progress, or lack therof.

Stars used to have some listings on their website for customer service reps that were virtual positions. Don't see any now, but here's the link for future reference:

No, my plan is to be home, not play poker for a living. If I ever get to that ability, sure, but for now, just the stay at home work week.

I soooooo want to quit my job too. I'm 35 and am an Electrician, maybe its the winter blues? I just hate getting up in the morning. I too have a wife, 3 kids and 2 mortgages. I was thinking of sending the wife back to work, and asking to get laid off, but I doubt I will do that, I need to pay the bills.
I need a new dirrection too
    3 3 3 I'm only half evil.

move somewhere warm? I was considering getting into an apprenticeship program when I was in highschool. If I was gonna do it though I was certainly not going to stay in chicago. Working outside in the cold is a major beat.
